At Adebytech Ahead, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience. However, refunds will only be processed if we fail to meet your needs. Please send refund requests to sales@adebytechahead.com for prompt processing. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Refund Policy for Self-Paced Learning

Refunds are not available once the course content or E-book is delivered. This includes digital downloads, videos, and other materials provided for self-paced learning. If you have any concerns or issues with the content, please contact us within 48 hours of access for assistance. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis and offer an appropriate resolution.

Refund Policy for Instructor-Led Online Training

Refund requests for instructor-led courses can be made within 1 day of the batch's commencement. Please note that the money-back guarantee is void once course recordings or E-books are downloaded. We understand that sometimes things change; if you are unable to attend the course, please reach out to us to discuss possible options, such as rescheduling or accessing course materials on a later date.

Postponement or Cancellation by Adebytech Ahead

Adebytech Ahead reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political instability). In such cases, a full refund will be provided. If a course is postponed, you will have the option to reschedule or transfer your booking to a future session at no additional cost.

Cancellation by Delegate

If a delegate cancels their participation 7 days or more before the event, a 10% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund. If you wish to transfer your participation to another person, please inform us at least 48 hours before the event to facilitate the change.

Duplicate Payments

In the case of a duplicate payment, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 working days once notified by the customer. Please ensure you provide relevant payment details, such as transaction ID, so that we can quickly verify and process your request.

Misuse of Tool/Tenant Access

If we detect misuse of tools, unauthorized activities, or violations of our terms of service, access will be terminated, and no refund will be issued in such cases. We take the integrity of our courses and content seriously and reserve the right to take legal action if necessary.

Misuse of Video Content & LMS Access

Video content and LMS access are non-shareable. Any breach, including but not limited to sharing login credentials or distributing course material without permission, will result in immediate termination of access and loss of eligibility for a refund. We kindly ask that you respect our intellectual property rights.

• If you are under 18, you must obtain the approval of your parents or guardians before enrolling in our courses.
• You agree not to misuse our products or engage in unauthorized activities such as promotional materials, spam, or illegal actions.
• Unauthorized public display or reproduction of our content is prohibited without prior written approval.
• Adebytech Ahead reserves the right to modify, update, or revise its refund policy at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review the policy periodically.
• Refunds are only applicable to courses purchased directly through Adebytech Ahead's official website or authorized sales channels.
